The finest gradings produced in the aggregate crushing and screening process at Mawsons hard rock quarries have upper size limits of 7, 5 or 3 mm. The smallest fractions are less than 75 micron in diameter. Available at all sites and able to be re-screened, re-processed (via Barmac Vertical Shaft Impactors) and blended in a controlled fashion into other aggregates or crushed rocks (roadbase) products these basaltic, granitic and hornfels dusts enable Mawsons to produce material for all sorts of applications.
