The performance of our staff is also carefully monitored. Respective Managers set their teams goals, provide them with developmental plans for further education and assess their overall performance. The company gauges job satisfaction too – if something isn’t right we work with our staff to help find the appropriate role for their skill set.
The opinions of our employees’ opinions matter to Mawsons. For this reason we implemented Opportunities for Improvement – a system which enables all staff to submit ideas and concerns, and provide feedback to management on any aspect of the company, even the boss!
