Change at Mawsons

Please see the below letter outlining a change in ownership structure at Mawsons. The critical point here is that Adbri’s purchase of the 50% of E. B. Mawson & Sons Pty Ltd that they don’t already own, while it brings our 18 year joint venture to an end, will not significantly impact day-to-day operations at any Mawsons site; it is very much business as usual.
